Jensen's Twin Palm Marina and Cottages has been providing exceptional service to visitors since 1977 with historical roots on Captiva Island. The full-service marina includes 14 guest cottages ranging from cozy studios to two-bedroom suites, leasable wet slips, fueling station, and various boat rentals. Visitors can enjoy fishing, shelling, tour charters, and immerse themselves in the island's beauty with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views, beautiful coastal scenery, and native landscaping. The facility offers a charming Old Florida style atmosphere with direct water and land access.

14 cottages with varying configurations: studio/efficiency cottages sleep 2, one-bedroom cottages sleep 2-3, two-bedroom cottages sleep 4. Multiple cottages are dog-friendly accommodating up to 2 dogs (50 lbs maximum each).

Pricing

Boat rental pricing ranges from $300-$625 for 6-hour to full-day rentals depending on boat type. 3-night minimum stay required for cottages. Pet rent available: $22.50 per night per dog (4+ nights) or $75 flat fee per dog (3 or fewer nights).
