Wedding Seeker is a free wedding vendor matching service designed to help engaged couples find and connect with wedding professionals who are the right fit for their celebration. Our goal is to make your planning journey feel easier, lighter, and more joyful.
How Our Service Works
Unlike traditional vendor directories, our matching process is personal and intentional. To use our service, you must complete one of the following: participate in a consultation meeting with our team, or submit an audio file sharing details about your wedding. Simply filling out a website form is not sufficient to receive vendor matches. This personalized approach allows us to truly understand your vision, preferences, and needs so we can make thoughtful, accurate recommendations.
Once we understand your needs, we match you with vendors from our network who offer the services you are looking for and have availability for your wedding date. We share your contact information with a maximum of four (4) vendors per category you inquired about.
2. Eligibility
To use Wedding Seeker, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. User Responsibilities
When using Wedding Seeker, you agree to:
Provide Accurate Information: All information you provide about yourself and your wedding must be truthful, accurate, and complete. This includes your contact information, wedding date, budget, and other details shared during your consultation or audio submission.
Engage in Good Faith: You agree to use our service for the genuine purpose of finding wedding vendors and to engage respectfully with any vendors we connect you with.
Respect Vendor Communications: When vendors reach out to you, please respond in a timely and courteous manner, even if you decide not to proceed with their services.
Not Misuse the Service: You agree not to use Wedding Seeker for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to collect vendor information for purposes unrelated to your wedding, or to interfere with the operation of our service.
4. Our Role and Limitations
We Are a Matching Service
Wedding Seeker connects couples with wedding vendors, but we are not a party to any agreements, contracts, or transactions between you and the vendors you ultimately choose to work with. Any contracts, payments, or arrangements you make with vendors are solely between you and those vendors.
No Guarantee of Results
While we work hard to match you with vendors who fit your needs, we cannot guarantee that you will find the perfect vendor through our service, that any vendor will be available for your date, or that you will be satisfied with any vendor's services. We encourage you to do your own research, ask questions, read reviews, and carefully evaluate any vendor before signing a contract or making payments.
Vendor Relationships
All vendors in our network are independent businesses under contract with Wedding Seeker. While we require our vendors to maintain certain standards and to keep your information confidential, we do not control their business practices, pricing, quality of work, or conduct. Wedding Seeker is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or issues that arise between you and any vendor.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Wedding Seeker website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wedding Seeker or our content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.
6. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Wedding Seeker, you consent to our privacy practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
WEDDING SEEKER PROVIDES ITS SERVICE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that any defects will be corrected, or that the results of using our service will meet your expectations. Your use of our service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEDDING SEEKER, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wedding Seeker, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another party, or any dispute between you and any vendor.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Wedding Seeker at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may also discontinue your use of our service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our service will immediately cease.
11. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with Wedding Seeker, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
