That's Amore is a family-owned full Italian menu catering company specializing in a variety of delicious pasta dishes and wood-fired pizza. Co-owner Giuseppe, originally from Salerno in South Italy, brings authentic Italian tradition to every event. The wood-fired pizza and pasta journey began in the kitchen of Chef Giuseppe's mother and grandmother. Today, they cater to weddings, birthday celebrations, corporate events, and major public events including Formula 1 in Miami, Indy500, Miami Tennis Open, Honda Classic Golf Tournament, NASCAR, and music festivals such as EDC, Rockville, and Tortuga. They provide food combined with entertainment to create unforgettable experiences. Guests can enjoy the aroma of freshly baked pizza, the crackling sound of firewood, and the sight of mouth-watering pasta prepared tableside in a traditional Italian Pentolone, customary for South Italian festivals.
