The Grand Marlin offers private dining for parties of 20 to 100 guests. The Grand Banquet Room seats up to 100 for completely private dining. For smaller gatherings, the semi-private Santa Rosa Room accommodates 40 to 55 guests, while the Club Room seats 20 to 35. All rooms overlook Santa Rosa Sound with stunning views of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Pensacola Beach. Upon request, Executive Chef Gregg McCarthy can create a fully custom menu for your group following a personal consultation. A cocktail reception featuring selections from the hors d'oeuvres menu is also available.
