All cuisine is prepared by Master Chef Michael Ober, trained in Europe with 20 years of experience in 5-star hotels and elite restaurants earning Michelin stars. Owner Melanie Robertson-Ober brings over 10 years of hospitality experience and is a Certified Sommelier. The company uses the freshest ingredients, made from scratch and organic wherever possible. Principals are on-site at every event where service is required. Service staff are 5-star trained. Available for events in homes, preferred venues, or any location desired.
